邰永航,教授,博导,物理与电子信息学院院长,博士毕业于澳大利亚Deakin University智能信息系统研究所(IISRI),主持国家自然科学基金3项;主持云南省重点研发计划课题2项、云南省军民融合等省部级项目8项;发表学术论文90余篇,其中SCI检索60余篇。荣获“兴滇英才支持计划”产业创新人才专项、青年人才专项、“云南省优秀青年基金”、“云南省青年五四奖章”、云师大“联大青年”、“南方教育奖”等称号。现任“云南省光电信息技术重点实验室”主任、云南省高校“光电探测与感知技术”工程研究中心”、“云南省高校颜色与光电成像技术创新团队”、以及云南师范大学“中-澳视觉与AI联合实验室”负责人,现任中国计算机学会虚拟现实与可视化技术专委员会委员、中国仿真学会医学仿真专委会委员、中国光学学会光机电分委会青年委员。申请人代表性成果已在IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, IEEE TII, IEEE TMM, OE, AFM IEEE JBHI以及IEEE SMC等期刊发表。
