邰永航,1988年生,教授,博士毕业于澳大利亚Deakin University国家智能信息系统研究所(IISRI),主持国家自然科学基金3项;主持云南省重点研发计划子项目项、云南省军民融合等省部级项目8项;发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI检索40余篇。荣获“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才专项、“云南省优秀青年基金”、“云南省青年五四奖章”、云师大“联大青年”、“南方教育奖”等称号。现任“云南省光电信息技术重点实验室”副主任、云南省高校“光电子成像系统与应用工程研究中心”、“云南省高校颜色与光电成像技术创新团队”、以及云南师范大学“中-澳视觉与AI联合实验室”负责人,现任中国计算机学会虚拟现实与可视化技术专委员会委员、中国仿真学会医学仿真专委会委员、中国光学学会光机电分委会青年委员。申请人代表性成果已在IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials,IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatic, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics以及IEEE SMC等期刊发表。
