刘娅，女，1985年出生，副教授，硕士生导师，2018年云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才。主要从事光纤锁模激光器及激光测量的理论与实验研究。近年来在Optics Express，Photonics Research等学术期刊上发表论文十余篇。
